Try Ka’Chava completely risk-free!

We believe strongly in the value of Ka’Chava and take full responsibility for your satisfaction.

If you don’t absolutely love it for any reason, we’ll give you a full refund* for 1 bag of each flavor. No questions asked!

Just let us know within 30 Days of receiving your delivery.

And with our “Empty-Bag Policy” you can return 1 bag of each flavor - even if they are completely empty!**

Simply follow these easy steps:

1. Tell us on this form that you’d like a refund, and how many open / un-open bags you’ll be returning (1 bag of each flavor is allowed).
2. We will email you the address where you can return your bag(s).
3. Place the bag(s) in a box and mail it to us.
4. We will initiate your refund within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Can I get a refund even if it’s not my first purchase?

You might have a legitimate reason to request a refund, even if it’s not your first time ordering. Use the same form to let us know what went wrong and we’ll do our best to make it right.

*Full refund means the total amount you paid for up to 1 bag of each flavor + shipping and handling + sales tax. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
**Repeated refund requests from the same customer are not allowed.
