Ingredients

  • 1 Scoops Vanilla Ka'Chava
  • 1/2 Cup oats
  • 2/3 Cup almond milk
  • 2 Tsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tsp almond butter
  • 1 Tsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 Tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

How to make

  1. blend All the ingredients until smooth
  2. pour into an oven safe dish
  3. top with apple slices, and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes!!
  4. Enjoy :)
