Banana Bread Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Ka'Chava
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2/3 cup plant milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chunks
  • 1/4 cup walnuts

How to make

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Slice banana and set aside with walnuts and dark chocolate chunks
  3. Add all other ingredients to a bowl or blender and mix together until well combined.
  4. Pour into a greased baking dish
  5. Top with banana slices, walnuts and dark chocolate chunks
  6. Bake for 22-25 min
  7. Allow to cool and enjoy!
