- 1 Cup blueberries
- 1/2 Cup strawberries
- 2 Tbsp flax seeds
- 3/4 Cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 Tbsp soaked chia seeds in filtered water
How to make
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until it has a thick consistency
