  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Ka'Chava
  • 6-7 Blackberries
  • 1/4 Cup oats (to make it thicker) / can also use 1/2 Avocado
  • 3 Dates
  • 1/2 Tsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 Tsp flax seeds
  • 1 Tsp lavender buds
  • 1 Cup milk (dairy / plant based)
  • 1 Tsp coconut flakes
