Chai Mango Bliss Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Chai Ka'Chava
  • 2/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 mango cut up
  • 1 tablespoon flax meal
  • 2 teaspoons agave syrup (add more for taste preference)
  • 3 tablespoons shredded coconut, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of small edible flower petals (optional)

How to make

  1. Place oats in a food processor or blender and blend for about 20 seconds. Set oats aside.
  2. Blend mango for about 10 seconds or until you achieve a puree texture.
  3. Combine almond flour, blended oats, flax meal, and Chai Ka'Chava in a medium mixing bowl.
  4. Add mango puree and agave syrup and combine until you achieve a dough consistency.
  5. Add more almond flour if needed.
  6. Shape mixture into 1-inch bliss balls and roll in coconut and petals.
  7. Refrigerate for 1 hour and enjoy!
