Chocolate Chai Banana Bars
Ingredients
- 2 scoops Chai Ka'Chava
- 1 Cup almond flour
- 1/4 Cup almond butter
- 1/3 Cup maple syrup
- 1/3 Cup walnuts
- 1/3 Cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/3 Cup raisins
- 1/2 TSP baking soda
- 1/2 TSP baking powder
- 1/2 TSP cinnamon
- 4 ripe bananas
- 2 flax eggs or regular eggs
How to make
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Set one banana aside.
- Add all other ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
- Pour mixture into a lined 8x8 baking sheet.
- Slice the fourth banana and add to the top of the mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool, slice into squares and enjoy!
