  • 2 Scoops Ka'Chava Chocolate
  • 2 Tsp quinoa
  • 3 Tsp oats
  • 1 Tsp flax seeds
  • 1 Tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 Mashed banana

How to make

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender
  2. Topped with hemp seeds, blueberries, peanut butter, side of plain yogurt
  3. Enjoy :)
