Ingredients

  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Ka'Chava
  • 1 Cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 Cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/4 Cup frozen blueberries
  • 1-2 Drops of essential lavender oil
  • 1 Tsp. nut butter (almond, macadamia, or cashew)
  • 1/4 Tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp. ground flax seed (optional)
  • 1-2 Dates (optional)
  • 1 Tsp. lemon juice (optional)

How to make

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender & mix well
  2. Serve in a bowl and garnish with frozen blueberries, dates and coconut flakes (optional)
