Discounted Purchase Price on Subscription Shipment

CUSTOMERS MUST UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN ORDER TO BE QUALIFIED FOR THIS OFFER (the “Offer”):

  • Good on qualifying orders from 12:01am EST on December 26, 2024 to 11:59pm EST on January 10, 2025 (the “Term”), offered by Tribal Nutrition LLC (“Ka’Chava”)
  • The Offer allows for select new subscription customers to purchase up to four (4) Ka’chava superblend (“Superblend”) bags at a one-time reduced cost of $47.96 per bag (plus shipping and applicable tax) with such applicable subscription order.
  • Only a single redemption of the Offer per customer is permitted during the Term, with the right for a customer to purchase up to four Superblend bags.
  • All subsequent subscription orders will be at the standard subscription price of $59.95/bag (plus tax and shipping, if applicable).
  • Cannot be combined with any other offers.
  • Limited quantities available. First come first served and only while supplies last. No rain checks.
  • Void where prohibited.
  • Only available for personal use, and reselling of the Superblend is strictly prohibited, under the terms of the Offer. The MSRP of a Superblend bag is $69.95 a la carte and $59.95 with subscription.
  • Ka’chava reserves the right to close the account(s) of any customer and/or cancel any order, if the Customer attempts to use the Offer in a questionable manner, breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
