Ingredients
- 2 scoops Chocolate Ka'Chava
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- Toppings: 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips, a sprinkle of sea salt
- Optional dusting of powdered sugar and a heart-shaped strawberry
How to make
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, mix together mashed banana, egg, and maple syrup.
- Add Ka’Chava and cacao powder and mix well until everything is incorporated.
- Spray 2 small ramekins or one larger one with avocado oil spray or grease with butter.
- Pour batter into ramekin. Top with mini chocolate chips.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes or until the center is set.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sea salt. Optional: dust with powdered sugar.
- Slice a strawberry in half and cut into a heart shape, then place in the center.
- Dig in and enjoy!
