Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Chocolate Ka'Chava
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • Toppings: 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips, a sprinkle of sea salt
  • Optional dusting of powdered sugar and a heart-shaped strawberry

How to make

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together mashed banana, egg, and maple syrup.
  3. Add Ka’Chava and cacao powder and mix well until everything is incorporated.
  4. Spray 2 small ramekins or one larger one with avocado oil spray or grease with butter.
  5. Pour batter into ramekin. Top with mini chocolate chips.
  6. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sea salt. Optional: dust with powdered sugar.
  8. Slice a strawberry in half and cut into a heart shape, then place in the center.
  9. Dig in and enjoy!
