- 2 Scoops Vanilla Ka'Chava
- 1 Frozen banana
- 1/3 Cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 Cup ice
- 1/4 Plain yogurt
- Splash of water
- Several shakes of cinnamon *Optional
How to make
- Blend all ingredients together
- Swirl in more yogurt and top with coconut, blueberries, hemp seeds, chia seeds & pumpkin seeds.
