Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Chai Ka'Chava
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Yogurt or ice cream and cinnamon to top (optional)

How to make

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F.
  2. Thinly slice your apples and place them in a small oven-safe dish. Add a splash of lemon juice and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  3. In a bowl, combine Chai Ka’Chava, rolled oats, almond flour, pecans, cinnamon, salt, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture resembles a crumbly topping.
  4. Evenly distribute the topping over the apple slices.
  5. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the apples are soft and the topping is golden brown.
  6. Serve with a dollop of yogurt, or ice cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy!
