Ingredients
- 2 scoops Chai Ka'Chava
- 1 apple
- 1 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Yogurt or ice cream and cinnamon to top (optional)
How to make
- Preheat your oven to 350F.
- Thinly slice your apples and place them in a small oven-safe dish. Add a splash of lemon juice and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
- In a bowl, combine Chai Ka’Chava, rolled oats, almond flour, pecans, cinnamon, salt, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture resembles a crumbly topping.
- Evenly distribute the topping over the apple slices.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the apples are soft and the topping is golden brown.
- Serve with a dollop of yogurt, or ice cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy!
