Chai Hot Cakes with Pecans and Apple Compote
Ingredients
- Your favorite pancake recipe
- 2 scoops Chai Ka'Chava
- One large apple, diced
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Handful of chopped pecans
How to make
- In a saucepan, add diced apple with 3 tbsp butter and cook until lightly brown
- Add 2 tbsp of maple syrup and the handful of chopped pecans to the saucepan
- Cook down until the mixture becomes sticky and gooey
- Set aside
- Make your favorite pancake recipe with the addition of 2 scoops of Chai Ka'Chava
- Cook hot cakes one at a time until lightly golden brown and cooked through
- Add apple and pecan compote on top and enjoy!
