Chai Hot Cakes with Pecans and Apple Compote

Ingredients

  • Your favorite pancake recipe
  • 2 scoops Chai Ka'Chava
  • One large apple, diced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Handful of chopped pecans

How to make

  1. In a saucepan, add diced apple with 3 tbsp butter and cook until lightly brown
  2. Add 2 tbsp of maple syrup and the handful of chopped pecans to the saucepan
  3. Cook down until the mixture becomes sticky and gooey
  4. Set aside
  5. Make your favorite pancake recipe with the addition of 2 scoops of Chai Ka'Chava
  6. Cook hot cakes one at a time until lightly golden brown and cooked through
  7. Add apple and pecan compote on top and enjoy!
