Pumpkin Spice French Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Vanilla Ka'Chava
  • 6-8 slices of thick cut white bread
  • 1 1/4 cup non-dairy milk of choice
  • 1 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup plant butter
  • To serve: chopped pecans, maple syrup and powdered sugar

How to make

  1. Combine Vanilla Ka'Chava, pumpkin spice, cinnamon and baking powder in a shallow dish and mix well.
  2. Add milk and combine once again.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large pan over low to medium heat.
  4. Dip bread in mixture on both sides and transfer to the pan.
  5. Cook each side on low heat until golden.
  6. Repeat process for each slice of bread.
  7. Serve topped with butter, pecans, maple syrup and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
  8. Enjoy!
