Ingredients
- 2 scoops Vanilla Ka'Chava
- 6-8 slices of thick cut white bread
- 1 1/4 cup non-dairy milk of choice
- 1 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup plant butter
- To serve: chopped pecans, maple syrup and powdered sugar
How to make
- Combine Vanilla Ka'Chava, pumpkin spice, cinnamon and baking powder in a shallow dish and mix well.
- Add milk and combine once again.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large pan over low to medium heat.
- Dip bread in mixture on both sides and transfer to the pan.
- Cook each side on low heat until golden.
- Repeat process for each slice of bread.
- Serve topped with butter, pecans, maple syrup and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
